This is an independent tour and while you may be transported as part of a group, this is NOT an escorted tour. The Land Portion of this package is guaranteed with 2 or more participants..

Day 1: Morning departure from JFK International Airport, New York via non-stop AMERICAN AIRLINES group flight.
Upon arrival in San Francisco make your own way to your centrally located hotel. Please note that you may be arriving before your rooms are available at the hotel. We suggest that you check your baggage with the bell captain and set out on your own to discover the wonders of this exciting city.
Day 2 and 3 : At leisure, or take this opportunity to enjoy an exciting optional tour. These optional tours will be sent to you along with your deposit receipt.
Day 4: At the appropriate time, you will be returned to the airport in time to check in for your specially selected flight to
LAS VEGAS. Upon arrival, you will be transferred by shuttle to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure.
Days 5-7 At leisure in Las Vegas. During this time, your visit to LAUGHLIN NEVADA for gaming and shopping will be
scheduled. Optional Tours outside of Las Vegas will be offered. These will be sent to you for consideration with
your deposit receipt.
Day 8. At the appropriate time, you will be transferred by shuttle to Mc Carran International Airport for your non-stop
flight home.

The accommodations provided in this package are based on run-of-the house availability. If you require specific views, floors, or specific bedding, they may be available at additional cost. You may contact our office to check on availability of these types of accommodations and their costs. We will request one bed for couples and two beds for people who are just traveling together. If you need other bedding arrangements please notify our office when making your reservation. If it is possible for us to confirm your requests we will do so. If nor, we will forward your request to the hotels but they are subject to availability on arrival.
A complete listing of our optional tours available will be forwarded to you together with your deposit receipt. Please advise as to your decision to take any of these tours and they will be added to your final invoice. Many of these options have limited availability so make your decisions early so as to be assured that space is still available.

These packages are based upon double occupancy of rooms and are subject to prior sale.
Airfare is based on specific American Airlines non-stop scheduled flights with limited availability. Once our group allocation has been exhausted, additional seats may available at a surcharge. Should you have to cancel the flight portion of this trip you may do so up to 75 days prior to day of flight and your deposit will be refunded less a $25 per seat administrative fee. Cancellation by the client from 76 days prior to scheduled flights are subject to the regular airline cancellation policy plus the non-refundable $25 administrative fee per ticket. Taxes are based on those in effect as of December 1, 2020 and are subject to change.
Land arrangements are by Hotelbeds, Bedsonline, and additional affiliated wholesale entities and the cancellation penalties in effect are based upon their contracts with the individual suppliers of services provided.
Travel arrangements for TeacherGroupTravel.com are made through Adler Travel Network, Inc. d/b/a SGS Travelscope which does not own or operate any of the suppliers of services or accommodations for your trip. As a result, neither TeacherGroupTravel.com, nor Adler Travel Network d/b/a SGS Travelscope is responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such supplier or of any third party over whom they have no control.
Should you have to cancel your reservation on this package you may do so up to 75 days prior to scheduled departure and have your payment refunded to your original form of payment less a $25 per person administrative fee for the airline reservation. You may also receive a full refund of the land portion of the trip up to 60 days prior to departure minus a $25 per person land cancellation administrative fee which will be refunded to the original form of payment. Should you have to cancel your trip fewer than 76 days for the airfare and 60 days for the land portion of the trip, you will be subject to additional penalties which will be outlined in your confirmation. To avoid these penalties should you have to cancel due to illness which makes it impossible for you to travel, we strongly suggest purchase of Travel Protection insurance.
A deposit of $400 per person will hold your reservation until 60 days prior to departure when final payment is due.
